Detached, semi-detached or terraced — we help create extra living or working space in your loft. With an eye for smart solutions, we'll minimise or avoid the need to lose an existing room to create access wherever possible.

We also work with a highly experienced architect, expert in planning and building regulations — so we identify what applies to your project and give you the best possible chance of approval, first time.

Through our network of associated trades, we keep mess and disruption to a minimum and leave you with a finished room that's ready to move into.

Renovations & barn conversions

Have you acquired a property that needs more than a lick of paint? We help with everything from advising on walls to knock down or brick up, to replacing floors, stairs and windows — and that's before we even talk about kitchens and bedrooms.

We have wide experience with period and listed properties, producing new structures and features to match the old using a mix of new and reclaimed materials and traditional craftsmen methods. We know where listing consent may become an issue and can advise on how to both avoid and work with it.

You can also have your renovation fully project-managed by us — so you can get on with your life while we get on with your home.
